Prize draw terms and conditions  

Entrants into any of our prize draws shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions below.

  1. CSSC reserve the right to use any photographs or images going forward on our social channels and other promotional material.
  2. Only those who have pledged as part of Active Wellbeing 2022 are eligible to enter the prize draw(s).
  3. Employees of CSSC (including individuals on secondment to CSSC) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. For the Active Wellbeing 2022 badges prize draws the closing date for entries into the daily prize draw will be 23:59 on the day of each collected badge.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter.
  6. Winners will be selected at random.
  7. Previous winners of the prize draw cannot win another prize draw for 12 months.
  8. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
  9. CSSC reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the circumstances beyond control means that a prize cannot be provided to the winner.
  10. CSSC will notify the winner how the prize can be delivered and then redeemed.
  11. CSSC will contact winners via email or ‘Direct Message’ on the social media channel they entered the draw with.
  12. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing that if you are selected as the successful winner of the draw, you can be contacted to be notified within a week of the closing date.
  13. CSSC reserves the right to contact a replacement winner if the first winner has not responded within a week of their notification.
  14. CSSC reserves the right to change or alter the competition at any time.
  15. CSSC reserves the right, at its discretion to exclude entrants and/or the winner if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
  16. The award of prizes shall be at CSSC’s discretion, and the selection of winners shall, in all matters, be final. Entries will not be returned and correspondence will not be entered into to.
  17. By entering our prize draw you agree in terms of disclosing your names as a minimum, to partake in publicity internal to CSSC Sports & Leisure relating to the promotion (be that on any social media accounts, website, newsletter, press etc.), and accepts these terms and conditions and their interpretation under English law.
  18. Personal details provided to CSSC Sports & Leisure in relation to the prize draw will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
  19. Information provided will only be used within CSSC Sports & Leisure and will not be released to any third-party companies in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulations. By providing us your details you have consented to our privacy policy.
  20. We may ask if you are happy for us to share your details with our suppliers to arrange for delivery of your prize. If you do not consent CSSC will not share your details with these suppliers and look for alternative methods of delivery.
  21. Members can enter competitions via email at: socialmedia@cssc.co.uk. Entrants must include in their email subject matter, the name of the competition they are entering, their CSSC membership number and contact details. They will then be entered into the specific competition.
