Daily Prize’s

  1. Entrants into any of our prize draws shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions below.
  2. Anyone who makes a pledge via the Active Wellbeing Week Website will be entered into the daily and star prize draws.
  3. Anyone who uploads a photo or video engaging in Active Wellbeing Week shall be deemed to represent their office and will be entered into the workplace prize draw.
  4. The competition is open to all Civil Servants and Public Sector employees aged 18 or over.
  5. Employees of CSSC (including individuals on secondment to CSSC) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  6. The closing date for entries into the star prize draw will be 23:59 on Sunday 7 July 2019.
  7. For daily prize draws the closing time will be 23:59 on each day of Active Wellbeing Week Monday 1 July 2019 – Friday 5 July 2019.
  8. All prize draws are free to enter.
  9. All prizes in all draws are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
  10. CSSC reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the circumstances beyond control means that a prize cannot be provided to the winner.
  11. CSSC will notify the winner how the prize can be delivered/presented and then redeemed.
  12. CSSC will announce the winners via its Facebook and Twitter page, and Active Wellbeing Week website.
  13. By entering the prize draws you are agreeing that if you are selected as the successful winner of the draw, you can be contacted to be notified within a week of the closing date.
  14. Images posted by individuals onto CSSC’s Facebook and Twitter page may be uploaded to the Active Wellbeing Week photo gallery and in future Active Wellbeing Week publicity.
  15. CSSC reserves the right to contact a replacement winner if the first winner has not responded within a week of their notification.
  16. CSSC reserves the right to change or alter the competition at any time.
  17. CSSC reserves the right, at its discretion to exclude entrants and/or the winner if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
  18. The award of prizes shall be at CSSC’s discretion and the judge’s decision shall, in all matters, be final. Entries will not be returned and correspondence will not be entered into to.
  19. By entering our daily workplace prize draw you agree in terms of disclosing your names and workplace as minimum, to partake in publicity internal to CSSC Sports & Leisure relating to the promotion (be that on any social media accounts, website, newsletter, press etc.), and accepts these terms and conditions and their interpretation under English law.
  20. Personal details provided to CSSC Sports & Leisure in relation to the prize draw will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Information provided will only be used within CSSC Sports & Leisure and will not be released to any third party companies in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulations. By providing us your details you have consented to our privacy policy.

Hussle One Day Pass

  1. This promotion applies to new Hussle customers only.
  2. The promotion will be applied at checkout provided that the link in the automated pledge email is selected, to apply the voucher code to the user’s account.
  3. This offer is not for use in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  4. This offer is only valid for one Day Pass.
  5. Each voucher code may only be used once per user, and it cannot be transferred to other users.
  6. Users may not register multiple accounts to take advantage of this offer multiple times.
  7. The voucher code will not be accepted by participating gyms directly and can only be redeemed against the purchase of a Hussle pass on the Hussle website and has no equivalent cash value.
