What is Active Wellbeing?
Active Wellbeing is CSSC’s health, activity and wellbeing portal providing a gentle and encouraging nudge to budge to get everyone to move more and look after your wellbeing just a little more often.
It’s where members can find loads of opportunities to play sport, take part in fun, inclusive challenges, seek funding to achieve their physical aspirations, meet their sporting heroes, play at icon venues and enjoy discounted equipment, clothing, training, resources and expertise.
Essentially, it’s a one-stop-shop for everything that could improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

CSSC membership is free to employers
As CSSC is a membership organisation we’re funded entirely by subscriptions. Which means, there’s no cost to employers, no contracts or paperwork. We can tailor our benefits package to meet your bespoke needs and complement your existing staff health and wellbeing strategies. We can also work with employers who wish to fund or part-fund membership as a workplace benefit for their staff.

How can CSSC help employers gain and retain the best staff?
Many employers claim their biggest concern is staff turnover and retaining their best and brightest employees. Not only is it expensive to find, employ and train new colleagues, but the loss of skill and expertise can impact morale, efficiency and output.
The evidence is clear. Staff who feel valued, rewarded and recognised are happier at work and far less likely to leave. Employees work harder for organisations they respect, they work more collaboratively with colleagues they like, and they take fewer sick days if they are healthier and enjoy coming to work.
Working with CSSC to recognise your staff with exciting, rewarding and desirable benefits can help you gain, retain and entertain your employees.
