Let’s Talk Immunity—a timely and empowering session dedicated to understanding one of the most vital systems in your body: your immune system. In a world where we’re constantly exposed to stress, pollution, poor sleep, processed foods, and endless demands on our time and energy, maintaining a strong immune system has never been more important—or more challenging. Your immune system is your body’s personal defence force. It works around the clock to protect you from viruses, bacteria, and illness, while also helping your body heal, recover, and stay balanced. Yet many of us don’t fully understand how it works—let alone how to support it. This isn’t about fear—it’s about knowledge, prevention, and taking control of your health in a powerful, practical way. So, whether you want to get sick less often, recover faster, boost your energy, or simply feel your best—this session is for you. Let’s talk immunity—and let’s give your body the support it truly deserves.
Please note: This online talk will take place on teams, please ensure your camera and mic are turned off for the duration of the call. Please use the chat box for any questions for the speaker and they will be answered at the end.
