This year, we invited everyone to register for our brand-new challenge, where you can journey virtually around the world by recording your steps, or any activity you do throughout February, to contribute to the grand total.

Anyone can set up or join a team and take on others from across the country. Or you can simply see how far you can travel in 28 days, using whatever type of physical activity you like. Whether that’s walking, running, swimming, yoga or making a cup of tea.

You can sync your smart devices and wearables to log and track your progress automatically, plus there are loads of tips, courses and classes to keep you active and motivated throughout the challenge and beyond.

You could win loads of awesome weekly prizes, just for checking in, with many more giveaways on social media throughout the month.
