There’s no doubt that leading an active lifestyle makes you healthier and happier. But sometimes we all need that little nudge to get us started. That’s where our pledges come in.
By making a pledge you’re sharing how you aim to become more active. It can be as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. The important thing is that you’re taking steps towards a healthier you. If you’re stuck for inspiration, then check out some of these fantastic stories from our CSSC members.
Making a pledge couldn’t be simpler. Just tell us who you are and what you aim to do for Active Wellbeing Week and beyond and you’ll automatically be entered into our exciting daily prize draws. The draws take place every day from Monday 2 July to Friday 6 July. We’ve got lots of awesome prizes to give away each day including spa breaks for two, apple watches and even a luxury holiday to give to one lucky winner at the end of the week!
