With CSSC you can take part and try over 40 different sports, games, courses and classes. Not only do we provide facilities, opportunities and equipment to use in activities from Archery to Zumba as well as the classics like football, rugby, cricket, tennis and more, but we can also provide funding to help compete, train and gain qualifications in your chosen field of fun.

We organise local, regional and national events, tournaments and qualifiers for all ages, genders and abilities to hone your skills and compete against the best of the best of the public sector.

Retail & Finances

As well as saving on all your sport equipment, clothing, gear, tech, training, and nutrition, you can also save thousands of pounds a year on fitness courses, gym memberships, spa days and leisure centres. But that’s not all.

CSSC members save with exclusives offers, discounts and cashback on groceries, clothing, cosmetics, electricals, fashion, DIY, home, garden and hundreds of favourite high street and online retailers. And there’s more.

We help members find great deals on utilities, broadband, mobile phone, mortgages, insurances and many others, saving sometimes thousands of pounds a year on their essentials.

Communities & Social

For an organisation that’s been supporting life’s true champions for over 100 years, we’re experts on bringing people together. Because that’s exactly what we’ve been doing for a century.

Starting out in 1921, by uniting the civil service with sports, games and friendly competition, we’ve grown with our audience and with technology. Our dedicated community of members and volunteers grow through social groups online and in-person. We have dozens of social groups from walking, cycling and running, to book clubs, heritage groups and e-gaming. And we’re always on-hand to help new communities and special interest groups flourish, thrive and find like-minded friends and families.

Why not join our growing family of members who regularly save over £500 a year on staying active, keeping fit, exploring new hobbies and spending quality time with their loved ones?
