Active Wellbeing With Rupert McNeil

Scott Thorne, our Membership Recruitment Executive for Wales & the South West caught up with Civil Service Chief People Officer Rupert McNeil at the start of Active Wellbeing 2021.

As Civil Service Chief People Officer, Rupert is responsible for delivery of the Civil Service People Strategy, which sets out what the Civil Service needs to do to attract the most capable and public-spirited people, as well as build a culture and ways of working that are as good, if not better, than anything on offer anywhere else.

During the interview, Rupert discusses what Wellbeing means to him and how he looks after his own personal wellbeing. As well as detailing what plans the Civil Service has to help support all civil servants with their wellbeing alongside CSSC.
