Mental Health Support

With the Civil Service working at full speed, it is important to raise awareness of Mental Health at every opportunity. Although Mental Health Awareness Week has recently passed, Active Wellbeing Week wants to continue to support you and break down the sigma surrounding mental health.

The Charity for Civil Servants exists to support, guide and act as a sounding board to the civil service and ensure you have the tools around you when things may be getting too much. We have hand picked some of our favourite mental health support tools from The Charity for Civil Servants.
