Make your pledge

Making your pledge is easy to do. Just complete the details below and tell us who you are and what you aim to do for the Active Wellbeing Week and beyond. You can choose to either publish your pledge on the website for all to see or choose to keep your pledge private if you wish.

Once you have made your pledge, take a look at the tools and resources on offer to help you begin the first steps to a fitter and healthier you!
